Sole & footbed: The usually visible cork is coated with a layer of felt though which give additional protection to the natural and thus fragile material and gives the whole shoe a softer look. The thin rubber outsole is slip resistant and suited for outside use may it be on the terrace or a short walk with the dog. Please note: The supplied comfort footbed is very extensive and correspondingly thick which is why it is not optimally suited to be exchanged for thin insoles.
